Club club 48 V resistor diode
Can I just jump a wire over the resister or day or that goes from the two terminals to battery terminals and leave it run like that what would the damage

No, that would be very dangerous! Your solenoid would be "Hot" all the time and you would have no interlock safeties.... (The solenoid is energized by the activation coil and it needs certain permissives to be met. If you install a wire (cable), you have bypassed all that.
