Default 2012 lifted g29 with navitas 600 amp speed help

I have a 2012 lifted g29, 23 inch tires with navitas 600 amp DC controller and stock motor. Cart is only going 18 mph on flat surface at around 3000rpm. Am I missing any thing in my settings?

What gear ratio do you have? Motor should be way more than 3000 RPM I would think. Stock motor is a bit on the weak side but you should be getting over 20mph I would think. I have Alltrax in both of my G29's and they easily do over 20mph. I don't know anything about setting up Navitas controllers so someone else will have to chime in.
My two carts have very different gears: One is 12.5:1 which is most common and the other is 9:1 which is considered high speed. The 12.5:1 will have motor turning about 6000 RPM at 25mph with larger tires.

You need to call Navitas tech help at 844-576-2499, before jumping down any other rabbit holes. Most likely a programming issue. Go there first. They have great service and even if you are told to leave a message, they will call back quickly.
