Default Connecting pedal throttle cable directly to EFI throttle body.

Not sure of what the caveats or benefits might be with this setup. Governor would be left unmodified just disconnected from the throttle body cable. Figured I would run it by the experts first. If this works out I would improve the connection so there would be no cable stretch. Cart has not been started out of precaution. FYI cart runs 28 mph with zip tie mod. Thanks in advance.

Drill out the hole on the governor arm, so the arm freewheels on the shaft.

Trying to avoid that procedure. I would like to reconnect the governor when we loan the cart to guests.

It seems like it would be easier to just snip the ziptie when loaning the cart...
