85 Marathon Engine Rebuild
Ordered a top & bottom end rebuild kit for the cart today from everythingcarts. Anyone know where to get the best deal on motor mounts??

I know that Brew City has replaced his and I am sure he will be right along to tell you where he got them.
Feel free to reject this point of view but I also replaced the carburetor and the fuel pump. (The fuel pump actually failed after the rebuild). You might think that this is an unnecessary extra expense but after messing with my 25 year old carburetor for days I finally gave up on it. Now the cart starts and runs like a new machine. Anyway just another $0.02 Good luck with the rebuild I shall follow it with interest Dave |

I agree with Dave. I did my carb as well. It would be a shame to do all that work only to have some little issue with the carb lean the mix out and burn a hole in a piston.
