Default 2003 headache

I have a 2003 that will not run. Traced all wires and they are good. Replaced obc and controller. Can the speed sensor keep it from running? After connecting the batteries and turning on the run switch, the motor runs for about 2 seconds without the pedal being depressed. I suppose that the controlled is supplying current until the caps can charge. NO SOLENOID CLICK AT ANY TIME. Any wild ideas accepted. If it was my cart, I would part it out or install a alltrax controller. HELP !!

So U say U already replaced the controller , what did U put in it a (used factory controller ) ?
What is the voltage reading across the entire pack ?
Is this a 36 or 48 Volt , DS or IQ ?

Your ID states Yamaha! If this is correct you might try the Yamaha section as we only handle the best here. LOL

You should have more than 48volts after a charge you need at least 52 to get it going. But if all that is ok then you probably have a bad solenoid.

48 volt means 48 volt pack gleemo. Checked solenoid by hooking up solenoid coil wires to a new solenoid. Have replaced OBC AND CONTROLLER with new. no help. Have also replaced mcor. Voltage is 51.8 with no drop with pedal depressed. As I first asked, does the speed sensor have to be good for the cart to work?

Bondu.....I'm no EXPERT... But I'd say if the speed sensor is in the controller circuit....YES it needs to "be good"

Pimp Daddy, from my bit of experience, I agree on the speed sensor. I did quite a bit of repairs on 02's for some golf courses here in Michigan last summer. If I disconnected the speed sensor, the cart wouldn't run. Never found one bad though in 64 carts. With all the major parts that have already been replaced, I wonder, has the key switch been checked? Just a thought.
