I use a non-programmable 500 amp controller with a medium duty solenoid and PB-16 Potentiometer. This is an economical combination that work well together in the early Club Cars. I use custom 4g cables. The whole system will go 36 or 48v. Email me for a price at cartsunlimited@hughes.net
