Thanks for responses everyone.
Not going to lie I'm really hesitant about attempting to remove this again.
I haven't driven the cart since I've put on my 23's and 4' lift.
So I'm not sure if it will make it up the boat ramp or my back yard hill (it's very steep).

What are the chances of cutting or heating the secondary shaft up to much?
I really don't want to replace that.

I never got to the point where I put alot of heat on it. I had a blue handheld propane torch on it for a few minutes but it didn't help. I was nervous about the heat too. Then I broke the clutch sheaves and ended up going the cutting route.

I didn't do it because I think I had already began cutting before it was suggested, but someone in my thread (linked earlier) suggested making my cut right over the keyway, that way if the cutting wheel went too far it would just cut into the keyway and not damage the input shaft. Then you could just get a new keyway. Luckily I cut down just enough that the clutch hub busted apart after a few light raps with the hammer and chisel before I had to go too deep.

If you havent driven it yet, that would be the first thing I would do. Maybe you will be happy with the performance? And if not, at least you know that the effort and possible risk of breaking the clutch was the right thing to do.
