speakers and thoughts...
I was going to install speakers in the dash, but as I look over the idea, it appears to darn crowd and would take up space in the “glove boxes”. Thinking about installing all weather speakers that are mounted on a bracket and would mount between each seat support, the aluminum there is 2 inches wide and there is enough space, one on each seat support. Has anyone mounted theirs in this location?
Cart is pictured in avatar… Which I have to update, the manual windshield wiper actually stays put while driving, has a strong tension spring, not bad for an ornament that is required for LSV inspection. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Yamaha+-...8837672&st=all weather speaker&cp=1&lp=1 |

Re: speakers and thoughts...
I've got a set of those Yamaha speakers mounted on my back deck. They hold up to the weather just fine and are a good speaker, but they produce minimal bass. I also installed a 10" sub and those speakers paired with the sub are great, but you will be disappointed with the sound by themselves I believe.

Re: speakers and thoughts...
Try a search for "tube speakers" or "wakeboard speakers". I saw some interesting ideas.

Re: speakers and thoughts...
Someone said those vibrate like crazy. That's what I wanted to get too. You can get the shell for $99 and buy the components from best buy or other place, as they are better than the bundled kit. Add a sub in the bagwell.
