welcome, a little more info please...............what year? what model? is it a reagan or not?...how old are the batteries? have they been tested/load tested............................................ .

2001 club car, series, batteries 12 months old and fully charged. It also gets slower on just a slight incline.

You can get a motor that will turn more RPMS and that will give you a little more speed but the hill slowing is a torque problem which can only be solved by getting a bigger controller and then installing bigger cables and HD F&R. I did this for a 2000 CC in the shop last week it GPSed at 20mph with more torque

thats normal on inclines, as scottyy said it can be taken care of...............did you break your batteries in right? that can and will effect it if you didn,t....................................
