I bought something from them before. The cost is the advertised price. If it says $ 4.35 for a meter, it's delivered for that price. (Although, it may take 2-3 weeks to arrive) I don't know how they make any money?? They appear to sell cheap chinese flea market stuff. But the LED lights look like a good deal. 99% of LED lights come from china anyway, might as well get them for the cheapest price.
