From your fuse panel pic it looks like you don't have a positive lead going in - only leads going out.

Here is mine for comparison

Change location of your green wire on top of fuse panel - place on other side and report back...

no wiggles this time ;)

You will need one 5-6 foot wire with alligator clips on it in your test equipment assortment

Have you replaced the bad bulb? If not your troubleshooting may be useless. If for some reason the lights are in series, you won't be getting accurate info with your meter or by wiggling wires. Your battery pack and wiring look messy. It might help your troubleshooting to clean everything.

Dela, I tried green wire on the other side ( which is the way it was months ago but that tab is super loose, I need a new fuse box) Then I tried it this way and the lights came on?

Melonbuster.. absolutely.. I need to go through this and clean it all up.. It is on my list of the many things I need to do and now it just moved up the list to VERY important.

ScottyB I am gonna look for a better DMV an the proper lead length. Thanks! PS. My buddy Chuck just ordered the Digital Meter
Item# DVM from ya but it is this one we needed PDS Digital Meter Item # DVMPDS. So he sent ya a email so he can re-order or send the difference. Thanks for the hubs and bearing by the way!!! Happy New Years.

Where should I order up a new fusebox from and do they have any that have a lid?

same goes to you Dela and ScottyB.

If all of the fuses are good and the connectors are clean and snug, everything should work regardless of which wire is where. That doesn't make it correct. Use your DMM and find out which wire is positive, and place it on the fuse block connector that is connected to all of the fuses. This is the line side. All of the other wires are your loads. You should be able to connect them one at a time to the other side of the fuse block, and see which light, horn, etc. works. Write down the color and what load it serves for future reference.

Looking at your photo, I'd guess that the green wire is your line, as it's a larger size than the others.
