yes this battery is part of the lifesaver test group .. it was not directly connected to the unit

Wow that is great you got it fixed!
I have never seen a bolt like that where it's course threads on one end and machine fine threads on the other- very cool.
Could the BLS be to blame???

Home Depot part # 16591


no BLS was not hooked to that battery .. i think i over tightened the nut Sunday and got it loose in the lead

CTD, nice fix, thanks for showing the stud par
T number. I just did a battery repair and coming loose because of the fine threads going in the post area. Those course threads will hold better.

what is an F bit? Is this different from a metal drill bit that says 1/4"
