Marathon Moves On Its Own, Help Please

I have a 1988 Marathon. It wouldn't move at all, Then I replaced the solenoid and still nothing. I replaced a micro switch comming from the throttle pedal. When I turn on the Key the solenoid clicks. If I put it in Gear with the key on it will move on its own.I have 36 volts. Not sure whats going on with it.

push pedal down and see if cart stops going if it does u got it hooked up wrong

make sure the peddle is coming all the way back to Zero.

I checked the pedal comming back and its ok. I pushed doiwn on throttle then turned on key and it didn't try to move on its own. Any idea as to what might be hooked up wrong?

I found a wire goin g to the micro switch in the wrong spot. Moved it and now its running fine! Thanks alot!!!
