96 that will not go
I have a 96 Club Car gas and the issue is sometimes the cart will sound like it is trying to move but will not actually kick into gear. the person i bought the cart from told me when that happens i needed to wiggle the wires on the bottom of the motor, and it worked. when I got it home i replaced the connections on the bottom of the motor to try and stop it from happening but it still does. sometimes the cart will be running and then just stop moving but still make an "idol" sound. what could this be?
Thank you for your help! |

Re: 96 that will not go
What do you mean, with idol sound ?
Does it only run on the start motor ? Or actually the motor is running on gas and the clutch doesn't come in. |

Re: 96 that will not go
It is running on gas, the clutch isn't engaging to make the cart move I believe
