Can't charge my cart

I'm not the sharpest tool. I was just starting from the beginning. He did not mention checking the charging voltage, just said it clicked and then didn't charge. Battery pack is 38v which is fully charged correct? Could it be possible that it be charging and just doesn't properly show it as charging?

who knows at this point.....but he had his cart/charger at the shop when this started.....when he got it home his cart was fully charged but when he plugged it in it indicated that it wasn't charging.

Put another 18 holes on the cart tonight. Plugged the charger into the cart and same result, relay picked up but no charging. Did not check output voltage because when plugged into cart in shop, the meter showed it was charging.

just because it worked there does not mean it works now

1) you can take it back and ask for demo it's working
2) if it works there then the problem is on cart side

I wouldn't drive it any until your charger problem is fixed. Leaving them partially discharged for several days reduces their useful life. Check voltage in the charger port on your buggy. I doubt if that's where your problem is, since the charger relay is clicking, but it only takes a few seconds to rule that out as a potential problem.
