Default Need help...what is wrong with my cart

When the cart is being driven forward the drivers side tire turns out so bad it is not drivable. I was able to get it back to the house by driving in reverse. For some reason it would stay in place going in reverse??? Thanks for any help

Leaf Spring appears to have shifted to the side? Perhaps the centering pin or bolt has sheared?

Looks to me that my control arm bushing might be shot. Not sure so I guess I will give the guy I bought it from four years ago a shout.
