changed out 1 battery

I had a battery cable melt at the terminal on a battery. I replaced it with a new battery. The backup buzzer is working along with the lights, but the cart won't go forward or reverse. Can someone please help? Thanks.

Did you check to see if it fried any other components along the way, microswitchs are very flakey and break without much effort. What year & model cart are you using?

Thanks for getting back so quickly. Did not notice anything else wrong. Not real sure of the year. I guess I need to do a little more research and I will get back you. Once again thanks.

The wire that melted where was its non melted connection and where did it melt at, like gping from battery to battery, or like motor to f&r or to an amp controller, etc...not enough info to give proper diagnois. But if the backup buzzer is buzzing in forward & reverse with no go. Then id definitely bet on a microroller or microtoggle switch bit the dust.
