my bad johnnie I went by the manual got mixed up on my reply so many test what I wanted to say was at the end when I probe b+ and m- for controller output when I hit the accelerator I get no voltage

I prefer measuring between the M- and B- terminals on the controller since it places the speed control element only between the test leads.

When the pedal is pushed just far enough for the pedal microswitch contacts to close, you should measure full battery pack voltage.

If not, something is wrong with the high current cables/connections, f/r switch contacts, solenoid contacts or the motor. (Everything in the high current circuit except the controller)

If you do get full pack voltage, slowly press pedal to floor and the voltage ought to decrease smoothly to zero. If not, the problem is either the controller or the throttle input to the controller.
