I myself have NOT had the pleasure of working on the steering components yet...

so I'll just give you a few of pages from my service manual to help with No No's explaination!

I aways seem to be: "A day late, and a dollar short"!

It's good that you got it taken care of!

Thats what I was trying to figure out....I was missing the dropped frame part. It looked like the 900 had a similar design to a regular leaf spring cart, but looked lifted like the 272.

Thanks for the info.

Ok, I finally got around to that steering problem. I wound up just taking the tie rod loose and lengthening out and it works fine.
I also have something popping under the front end going over bumps, I've jacked it up and can't find anything obvious. I guess I'll find out when it breaks I was rough on it today, the back 40 has lots of rocks and rough ground and I gave it hell Even hit some big water hazards We had just got lots of rain so there was plenty of mud, and yall know how us rednecks like to play in the mud . If it didn't break today it shouldn't be anything to bad.

Check the bolts holding the z-brackets to the frame.

Don't drink and drive a golf cart. It could get damaged.
