Air filter replacement
I decided that since I was already doing a bunch of work on my 04 DS that I would visit the performance upgrades page and essentially procured most of them. On that list was a "universal K&N air filter" which can be seen at http://www.cartpartsplus.com/universal-kn-filter. Was getting ready to install it and that is where I'm stuck. Can someone give me some guidance on this? If I remove the current air filter compartment then what about the choke? But it also doesnt appear to go in the air filter compartment either. Am wondering if I bought the wrong one but since its universal I thought I would be ok.

The universal K&N is better suited for V-twin or clone engines,
