A 6" long travel kit should take care of that....

the carts are fiberglass, look for cracks in the frame... look at the air/fuel filters to see if the cart was maintained... check oil level, see if it looks clean... check rear end fluid.. leaks in shocks...see if tie rods are bent, this could indicate a crash...check starter/charger........ for $200, i would jump on it!!! i paid $1400 for my 96 (before i lifted it and painted it, and that is considered a good deal, considering the cart was solid...

Hey Wren, just remember the driven clutch position, drivers vs passengers. You don't want to turn that Vanny around backwards.

Not worried about the engine....going BB with this one!

Just got off the phone with the owner, it'll be tomorrow before I can check it out.

I see they have a kit for this year model, is there something else I'm missing?

Driven clutch is on the passenger side....hope that is correct for what I need!

I'm going back later this week to pick it up, I'm in business!

Wren, I'm not saying it can't be done, but the you'll have to turn the Vanny 180 from the standard mounting direction to get the clutches to line. With that the engine rotation means you'll be running the cart in reverse to go forward, limiting forward speed. Maybe I'm missing something you've already thought of?

It's on the same side as all the rest of them here on the forums.

If I understand correctly, the later model CC carts it'll make forward and reverse backward, but not on the older ones. Someone step in and correct me if I'm wrong!
