What engine is this?
Ok gurus, can anybody tell me anything about this motor other than it's dirty. Owner knows nothing about this cart other than it needs a belt and a throttle cable. It's on an older cc. Thanks

Looks exactly like the one I just pulled out of my 89 Columbia Par Car, including the dirt and looking at the frame it looks like a Par Car, I am not sure but I thing they are 9 HP
