FE290 Carb experts needed
Okay, I've been having issues with my 92' Club Car running lean and chugging....kind of like its starved for fuel. I pulled the carb off to clean it and I want to verify that the fuel screw setting is 2 full turns out. Also is there any other common areas of concern to check while the carb is off.
I pulled the fuel line off while it was running to make sure the fuel pump was working. It had a small stream of fuel at idle and it picked up slightly at higher RPM's. Is that a normal amount of fuel or is there a way to verify that the pump is flowing enough fuel? Is there any other problems that I should look for that would cause the cart to act up like this? Thanks for your input guys. Tom |

Re: FE290 Carb experts needed
Also, it does backfire once in a while thru the carb. Any help will be much appreciated....my buddies from downstate are supposed to come up next weekend and i'd like to get it running smooth to do some trail riding.
