Re: Driven Clutch Nightmare
Where would I find another keyway? I read somewhere that somebody said to make sure and not lose the keyway. Would a new one be pretty easy to come by?

I just connected the reliefs I made with more dremel cuts, a few hammer & chisel whacks and boom! Done! Not even a scratch to the input shaft. Whew! So relieved. Thanks guys. Next clutch is for sure getting never-sieze. |

Re: Driven Clutch Nightmare
U can buy key stock at almost every hardware store. Some are short some sell them In 12" sections. Just cut it to length with a cut off wheel and knock the burrs off. You can get it in standard sizes and then over/undersized by a few thousandths is also avaliable.
