RXV throttle Pedal Test
I conducted the first test of the throttle pedal and I had no reading. So now what?
My programmer indicates I have a throttle wiper and brake wiper error. By the schematic, the voltage seems to come from the controller...again...what's my next step? |

Red wire at throttle & brake sensors must have 5v before any further tests. If not, try plug each sensor to see which one kills the voltage.

What year is RXV?
Does handheld show voltage change when pedals pushed? Does handheld also show motor temp warning? |

motor temp is under warnings not errors.
i suspect you will have motor temp warning also. please double check and post. |

Under present errors:
Throttle wiper Brake wiper Under fault history I have the following listed as presented: Throttle wiper Brake wiper Hpd sequencing fault Controller overcurrent Throttle zero check Obviously something got screwed. Just looking to make this work. I hooked up the controller with ezgo's darn connectors. The ezgo guy said that he doesn't like them and recommends soldering the connection. I was like a kid with a new toy and didn't feel like jacking with soldering and wanted to go play. Well the result seemed to be a poor connection as indicated in a previous troubleshooting post. So I then soldiered the connections. It seems that there was an event when I was working. Your guidance is appreciated. |

ok I have a 2008 rxv replace the stock controller with a Curtis controller kit and the golf cart wont start no ground to solenoid what to check
