Question on motor removal, there are three bolts that I see, I took those off. Motor wont budge off. Any tricks?

There are four. Three 7/16 and one 1/2". It's near the front bottom of where the motor mounts to the differential running the opposite direction as the other three.

Alright I see it now. Wasn't sure. Hope it slides off. Cart has a 6 inch lift so hopefully I can get this done easily and not need to take anything apart to drop it

Got the old one off no problems. The new one isn't sliding on so great.

The old motor probably had more tolerance between the splines and allowed for a little bit looser fit. The new motor is going to fit a little tighter. Lock the brake to keep the shaft from turning and wiggle the motor up and down while rotating it to get the splines started. Push it all the way onto the differential until it stops and tighten the mounting hardware. Do not overtighten the wire terminals onto the motor. The studs are brass and are somewhat fragile.

Now I get to play with the controller speed and torque. Took it for s little spin drf is faster. Need to break it in this week but after 5 mins it wasn't hot at all. Only got to 21 mph so I think I need to adjust the speed and torque curbs to get it faster quicker and at a higher speed.
