I think I may have the one for the G2 and will check it when I get home. I believe the hose size is larger than the one for the G1. Also dont think there is a check valve in it.

I think I have the one for the G2 and if I remember correctly it is a larger diameter line and no check valve. I will check it when I get home today.

Here is what I have so far. The vacuum control valve is for a G2 and does have a check valve. The big end inside diameter is about 1/2 and fits on the air chamber as it should. The small end is about 3/16 id all the way up to the big end.

The nipple on the G1 engine case accepts 1/8 id line for a tight fit. All of the pictures ive seen of the G1 vacuum control valve, the small end increases in diameter right at the point it makes up completely to the engine case nipple.

I think what we need to know is what the id of a G1 vacuum control valve small end is after it increases from where it mates up to the case nipple. It is important to get as close as possible to the G1 id. The length looks to be about the same so we are good there as that is important as well. Im thinking it may be possible to insert a hose into the G2 small end so it fits on the case nipple. I could be way off though

Awesome. Thanks for the info and pictures. Yes there’s actually adapters/connectors that can be used to connect different diameter size hoses. I know this because my G1 had one when I first bought it from a large diameter hose down to a smaller diameter hose to the carb. I ended up just replacing the hoses but I might still have the adapter. Amazon should have some. I will try to post sample pic.

I am pretty sure using something like this adapter will work well. Just need to tightly clamp hoses on both sides of adapter for a tight fit.
Previous owner of my G1 used the adapter for the fuel line to the carb and had no leaks at all. I will keep you posted as I will order the G2 vac control valve and try this myself

UPDATE: I just received the reducers that work great for this. Picture is below. Ended up using a 6mm to 4mm reducer since I already have a small 4mm hose that fits perfectly on the crank case nipple. This will work to attach the other end to the vac control valve which is 6mm diameter.
