I think we are getting there. I will remove the batteries tomorrow to get a better look at the wiring. I pulled the entire group of wires up that run back to the motor from the bottom of the controller area. I now have forward and reverse every time. The forward goes slow until I go from reverse back to forward the the wheels spin like crazy. When you talk about the 10 ga. From F1 and F2 are you referring to the black and white wires? Thanks. Almost there

Yes.

I didn't mentions the colors since some carts have two black wires, and some have 8Ga instead of 10GA.

Why do you think I have to switch forward and reverse to get full power?

The controller's brain gets befuddled.

Put controller in diagnostic mode and listen for beeped error codes.

Text at bottom of label tells you how to get into diagnostic mode.

Johnny. When I place the cart into the diagnostic mode I get 1 beep followed by two beeps. I can not get the cart to run at full speed while on jack stands. Also the reverse is intermittent. Any ideas?

Now after re checking the beeps again it seems like two beeps then 1 beep? Every once in a while if I go from forward to reverse then back forward it’s seems I get full speed. Thanks

1-2 is a bad throttle signal detected by the controller while s 2-1 is low battery.

Check the throttle signal to the controller, How to is attached.

Check the voltage on J1 Pins 4 & 5 and at the controller's B+ terminal after the solenoid clicks. All three test points ought to be the same as the battery pack voltage.

From J1 pin 4 when pedal is slightly pressed there are zero volts. Pin five there are 33 volts. The current pack voltage reads 37.5

Pin-4 should have full battery pack voltage (38.2V when fully charged) on it whenever the charger is not plugged into cart. Defective reed switch maybe. By pass the reed switch- see attachment-2

Pin-5 ought to have full battery pack voltage on it 100% of the time. There is a "sonic weld" in the red wire that connects to the solenoid's batter side larger terminal and feed the beeper and J1 Pin-5. Follow the red wire into the harness, find the sonic weld (single wire becomes two wires) and make a better connection.
