Rxv problem
Have a rxv . Every time I’m in reverse and switch to forward the cart will not go. I have to turn key to off and then to forward. Runs fine till I go back to reverse. Any thoughts on this issue.
Thanks, Steve |

Re: Rxv problem
IIR, there is a time interval that needs to be met between the switch positions. If you are flipping the key super fast, this may be the issue. Or, you key switch is going bad.

Re: Rxv problem
No matter which position, if you hit the gas or brake too soon after switching, it can cause a error. Try giving it more time before pedal press to see if this solves the problem. If that doesnt solve it, hit us up again. We have other tricks.

Re: Rxv problem
On my RXV if I try to go in reverse after turning the cart on and with lights on too quick it will not go and I have to turn everything off and try again but I figured out if I wait until I hear the cart click that it will go after that.

Re: Rxv problem
Thanks Guys,
Y’all were spot on. If I turn the switch too quickly it happens. Thanks again |

Re: Rxv problem
Having the same problem again but it is worse this time. I have to turn the key several times to get the cart to go. I think i hear the solenoid and the brake release. Any help would be appreciated

Re: Rxv problem
Check the pedals and make sure they are in the home position (closest to the seat). The springs can get weak, also dirt and debris can stop them from returning home. Pull the floor and pedal cover to check.
