1988 EZ Go lunges upon start
I have a 1988 EZ GO Textron that I am told is fairly inique b/c it has head lights and break lights. My question is that when I take off the engine starts to run but when it engages it isn't a smooth take off it is almost like reving a car a bit and putting it into drive. Any ideas??
Thanks |

Check your motor mounts. Also check your clutch and make sure it slides free...

How do I check the clutch to see if it slides free?

I'd say slide the belt off and push the clutch in and out to check how smooth the travel is..
