breaking axles on a 99 ezgo
Looking for ideas on what might be causing the axles on my cart to break? Two driverside axles have broken in less than two weeks @ a tune of $260 a pop.
The cart has the stock 9hp and a shackle extention on the leafs. I am not giving it any heavy use but they are breaking at the grooves in the the gears not by the tire. Any ideas on what might be going on? JGarcia |

Bent axle tube?
Are you replacing them or a shop? reason I ask is if you how does it feel after you install it and get the brakes back together? Does it turn freely and is there any in and out movement, feel any binding as you rotate it? |

I've heard that there is some after market axels out there that are not as good as the OE's. This was a while ago, so I dont know if this could be the issue??
