AND A COUPLE MORE. I KNOW YOU CANT SEE THEM BUT THERE WERE 2 GOLF BALLS IN THE MOTOR AREA. I THINK THESE GOLF CARTS WERE SITTING FOR AWHILE. I COULD BELEVE THEY STARTED UP AND RAN GREAT.

Doesn't look that bad to me. As long as it isn't flacking or all the way through anything, I'd just get a wire brush wheel for your drill and wire brush, clean it up really well, and then paint with some rustoleum. Should work fine.

Well i got one of the G9s frame fixed the other day and started to do a little work. We are going with a Mopar theme on this one so the engine got some fresh paint of HEMI orange and the frame got sanded down bye hand the best we could do, no sand blaster. its going to get painted Richard Petty Super bird blue.

When I did my G2, the frame was bad where the battery is, I also striped frame down with wire wheel, and by hand, welded up holes and then drilled bottom of frame with 1/4 inch hole and filed frame with expanding foam to seal it from inside as well, then primed with rustolium and painted black, havnt had any problems and that been 7 years ago
