Mysterious Sparks
Friends,
Okay so I have an 86 Ez Go that I have lifted and put 22s on. I have also just finished installing new gel cell batteries, 4 ga cables, new solenoid, and a new wiper board set. Well now this thing takes off like a rocket and can burn those knobby tires like no other. This is amazing to me, but tonight my girlfriend just noticed that when I take off like that she sees a flash under the cart and occasionally a spark falls. Only when I take off, not when I'm just driving. I'm assuming its coming from the wiper board contacts but I haven't determined that yet. Nothing under the seat looks burned except contacts on the wiper board. Is this normal or should I be concerned? Thanks, Josh |

Re: Mysterious Sparks
more than likely the micro for the wiper board is out of adjustment and there is a delay between the movement of the wiper arm and the "activation" of the micro.

Re: Mysterious Sparks
Okay, so what exactly are you referring to when you say micro?
And is this delay and sparking going to hurt anything? |
