Charging 48 volt 2002 CC IQ
I have purchased a Club car DS 2002 IQ. 6- New-8 volt Batteries
When I return home in the spring my cart will be stored in a building with 30 or more carts at our RV park. I have read threads regarding proper storage, we have someone that will be on site, my question is if I can have someone plug in the charger every couple weeks, will it charge best in the TOW position or should it be left in RUN or does it matter? Would it be just as good to disconnect the batteries after it has been fully charged? Thanks in advance |

TOW position for storage. Leave charger plugged in. The OBC will turn the charger on every 14 days to replenish the charge.

From CC manual:
"Leave battery chargers plugged in during storage. The on board computer (OBC) will automatically activate the charger when necessary." |
