Default Precedent Decal Removal?

Hi all,

Can the 'Rollover' decal on the Precedent dash be easily removed? I would like to install some gauges on that panel.

Thanks for any info you can provide.

It should pull right off it may need a little heat from a heat gun or a hair dryer.

I used goop off on mine, Pull the sticker offf and soak it good with the goop off and let it set for a few minutes. The glue will come off easy.

i use lighter fluid on a rag to get my gooing stuff off, sometimes if i know the plastic not to melt or discolor i will spray some brake cleaner on it and rub it off! but brake cleaner will melt your cheap plastics and take of any paint, marker or prints if not in the plastic.

Cheap and easy is to lay a paper towel over the panel and spray the towel with WD40. Leave the towel in place, and let it soak a few hours, then wipe it all away with the towel. If it doesn't work well, escalate to the other ideas.

I used the heat gun to warm up the decal and then just pulled it off. I removed the remaining glue with Goo Gone. It was pretty easy, really.
