Are these yours or someone you know?
I'm wondering if these are 2003 and up MCI engines. I ASSume they are.
I know there is some differences in exhaust between the Subaru/Robin(91-02) vs the MCI(03-up)

Yes, the starting bid seems like a good price. the MCI engines cost more but... I believe there is a difference in the muffler flange so for most people who are swapping from the older subaru/robins engines, they would need a different exhaust which only adds to the price overall.
I'm not 100% sure about that though

You'll need to purchase the MCI field kit - about $200.00 +

sounds like they bought a few from ezgo since they are having a blowout sale on eng right now getting rid of inventory. Still not bad price coming with new carb.

Ez go is selling 350cc 11 HP engines at closeout for 600. The MCI retrofit is an additional 79.00. It says on my flyer (prior to 2003). 295cc are 550. I ordered one for my workhorse. You need a dealers number to order from ezgo. hit up your local dealer and see what they can do.The MCI kit comes with the muffler also The flyer does pictrure a carb also. either way is a good deal.
