Alltrax/SW202/HD Solenoid: clicking no movement

I installed my kit per Scotty’s instructions. The Alltrax instructions have the wiring a little different. Both my reversing contactor and solenoid are clicking but the cart does not move. What do I check first?

I’m getting five green, then three green and one red and if I hold the throttle it will stay green.

So I’m getting movement. I have to press the pedal all the way down (nothing happens) then when I begin to release it it slowly starts to move and goes faster as I release until it’s disengaged. I’m stumped. No wire to hook it up to my laptop until tomorrow.

Ohm meter reads 00.2 all the way up and 1.1 when depressed fully. Will swapping the green and white wires to the controller make any difference?

Switching those two does nothing.

When the contactor first clicks what is the LED status code? This first code is the throttle setting. The signal sounds like it is set reversed from what your cart is?
The G8 should be 0-1k aka 0-1000 ohms
The Alltrax signal for 0-1k is 5 green blinks
Simply depress the gas until the solenoid clicks and hold it there to read. See the codes in the back of your handbook

After that it gives three green then one red for an uncalibrated throttle over and over. If I press the pedal all the way down it goes constant green. When I begin to let off the cart begins to move.

Do you have the software downloaded? Can you connect the controller to a laptop ?

If the rocker switch is in the N position I get the five blinks then a constant green right after.
