2014 YDRE 48v Motor Recommendations
The motor in my 2014 Yamaha 48V YDRE has died. What motor should I go with? It is completely stock cart, however my dealer says he "speed programmed it to go 15mph". I'm ok with purchasing a new controller to match the new motor. Im not looking for high speeds but would like more torque as it is very hilly where I live. I'd like to stay on a budget. Thanks in advance.

Re: 2014 YDRE 48v Motor Recommendations
Look at the Admiral D2 motor for $499
And the Alltrax XCT400YDRE/SW180 solenoid combo for $509 It will gain more torque and more speed assuming good batteries. |

Re: 2014 YDRE 48v Motor Recommendations
How does the Admiral D2 compare to the FSIP torque motor. I'm in the market as well. I'm more concerned with torque over speed.
