Default Dead G29

I have a 2015 G29 with an Altrax 400amp controller and stock motor. this past week I noticed that I was losing power and the cart was very briefly cutting in and out and wouldn't reach top speed. Today it moved about 5 feet and died.

I checked the solenoid and it looks to be ok.. clicking and delivering power...

Any ideas what else it could be?

I think I need the plowman riot upgrade... might be a good excuse to get one!

Batteries? Have you checked each cell? Load tested? What is your pack voltage 12 hrs after a charge?

batteries are good. all at 8+ volts and the bank is at 49.

It has to be electrical because the power would surge almost like flipping a switch really fast. I checked all the cables on the battery... none are hot or showing any sign of poor connection.

Did you load test? Put a voltmeter on the pack and watch it as you put stress on it. A hill would be good. I am sure someone more experienced will be along. I'm a newbie.

I would try that, but it's completely dead now...

One other thing I noticed. Last week there were a few times where the regen wasn't working. I would be going down a hill and let off the pedal and the cart would increase in speed...

I'm thinking wither the motor is toast or there's something going on with the controller.

I was thinking the same. Any way to test it? Plowman Riot replacement or any other recommendations?

Take it off & inspect is the best. You could also remove the cables, ohm test A1 & A2, F1 & F2. Reading should be between 1 & 3 ohm.
