ok I will do a compression test and see what is going on with that. Nunnely Golf has been less than helpful. I called three times and he is at a loss for what to try...You guys on here have given me everything. Thank you for that. I will get the compression checked and report back. Thanks again. J-

if i got this right you have a 350 with a 295 head, your compression should be at 190psi or more so you have 25 or 30lbs of compression pushing into the block past the rings. [to mush positive crankcase ventilation]
that is my guess why the oil is pushing the out.

talked with the engine builder and he thinks something is stuck in the pvc valve behind the cover...he says it could be backwards, stuck open or broke? Will try and remove and get back the findings.

something else is going on for it not to make power, my two cents is to check the valves if you hadn't yet and check the cam timing. it should make power even with the blow bye, does push free? are the brakes dragg'

i have talked with the engine builder...He has no idea why we have excessive crankcase pressure. He thinks there might be an instal problem? As far as power I would say the cart is running very rich. The carb is modified somehow by him and I live at 3500' foot elevation. Between the two I have a feeling that has something to do with it. He wants me to send the motor back and he will send me a new one. This is probably going to be the resolution for now. J-
