Default tire size and other question

I'm going to order a 5" lift for my 88 ez go. Money is tight so I'm gonna use a kit that i got off the web cheap.what size tires can I run. I'm gonna use the stock rims. Do I need any spacers or anything like that. Please let me know. I need to finish the cart in 2 weeks.

Well mostly this depends on the kind of lift and tires you have, there's a good chance you will need spacers or off-set rims. 5" lift is good enough for 22"-23" tires

If the cheap kit is a block lift then you should only have issues with the rear tires hitting the swingarm/shocks, ect. and that'll depend on what tire you get as to if it does and how much. if tires were 22x11x8, you'ld need an inch spacer in the rear. kinda funny, you should of asked these question before you got the lift.
