Default Gray smoke when starting up my 98 EZ-Go

This is my second summer to have this cart and it runs perfect, but here in the last week or so its started to sputter gray smoke from the exhaust when i FIRST start it up and back it out of my garage..once i get it started up and going it doesn't do it, only when starting cold. Any ideas as to what is causing this, or what i need to do to fix it?

-Thanks

Have you done any tuneup stuff, changed the plugs, airfilter, oil, adjusted the valves? any signs of oil in the breather? need to make sure the pcv hose is good and hooked up.

not to thread jack but would a bad pcv valve cause oil blowby past the rings or valve seals?

pressure inside the case has to go somewhere, it doesn't care that there may be oil in the way
