For the clutch bolt, I have a buddy who has a gas Club Car, I just borrowed his clutch bolt, took it to the hardware store and bought the highest strength bolt in the same size. I just used that new bolt, a lockwasher and a dab of red Loctite. There's nothing special about the bolt that you should need to order it from a cart supplier (and possibly pay $5 for a $0.70 bolt).

I know. I wish I had a working example! I'll figure it out. If it was too easy, it wouldn't be fun. There's an odd little co-op place near here with shelves full of odd bolts and stuff. Maybe I can run in there at lunchtime and dig around.

Theres's nothing special with the bolt 5/16 x 3/4 or 1" The washer has to have a 5/16 ish id and od big enough to hold the clutch on. I think the keyway is 3/16.

I had to order the keyway, so I went ahead and ordered the bolt and washers at the same time. The whole order was only $5, but I'm still waiting.....
