If the solenoid clicks, the activation circuit for it is OK, and the key switch is in the activation circuit. Sometimes when you move those swiveling studs on the FNR from the position they were in for years and years, they no longer make good contact and cart movement stops, I had that happen before. You might try wiggling those and see if you can get movement, but other than that I'm stumped. Have a DVM? You could chase the voltage (36V+) and wherever you lose it that's where you have an issue. I'd start by making sure when the pedal is down and it's on and in gear that you have voltage on BOTH sides of the solenoid. Do all this with the rear end safely off the ground, we don't want the chance of your cart running away from you.

Thanks Yellow, I thought I'd at least have 48 hrs to enjoy the the cart before I dove into the conversion. oh well. The tear down starts today. I will open up a new thread and post pics as I go along. Thanks again
