Well I measured the mcor and got readings of 7.8k ohms up and 3.3k ohms down so I ordered a new mcor from David. It came in yesterday and I took it out of the box and put my meter on it and got 5.1k up and 0.1k down. Installed it today and now I get instant movement with the push of the go pedal. if so it is the lowest readings I ever seen... I wonder if they made another revision.

Yes, I went from the 2 to the 4. After everything I've read here about them I was surprised with the readings also.

The MCOR4 has a little bit different readings than an MCOR2. Sounds like it's working for you. That's great.
