Your voltages are very low. You need to get those batteries charged ASAP.

Any recommendations on how I should do that. After about 5 minutes, the 15 amp breaker on the front of my charger trips.

You can charge them with a simple 12v car charger - at least half hour on each of the two low ones (don't do this unattended...you should monitor that the auto charger itself doesn't have issues while charging. That 5.69 batt might have a dead cell within it, if you can't get it to hold over 7 volts...and might be tripping your breaker.
