Club Car Slow Reverse on Start up
2000 club car DS 48 volt and all works great in forward. Putting in reverse the cart is slow to start and then works great. I have bypassed reverse limit switch on F/R switch. The cart just takes a little effort to get moving in reverse and then acts normal.

Does your cart have the rocker F/R switch or lever switch? I have a 2000 DS and my cart has reduced torque in reverse. I by-passed the DB solenoid and it has a little more torque but not where I want it.

Sounds like you and me are having same problem. I also have a 2000 ds reverse is very slow iam looking for a fix as we speak

You should take my cart mine hauls but in REV but slow as snails in FWD.
