I have 6, CR-235, 6 volt Crown Deep Cycle batteries.
The cart was running fine about two weeks ago and then it just shut down. My carts get run hard by my employees. |

I did have my multimeter on the wrong setting. I just bought a new one and I had it on the wrong setting. These readings should make more sense. I tested the controller again and I got 23.6 on the battery side of the solenoid and 23.0 on the motor side of the solenoid. When I turned the cart on, put it in forward and pressed the gas pedal, it went down about 3 to 4 volts and then jumped right back to 23.6.

You have bad batteries.
Probe each battery individually, they all should be above 6 volts 6.37 is idea. |
