if you think it's a solenoid you can jump it. First jack the rear wheels off the floor then get a battery cable and touch the 2 Large posts on the solenoid and press the gas pedal to see if it works. I'm still suspicious of your batteries though

Over 37 v and the battery are about 1 year it was working fine and just stopped

Not saying you have these issues yet, but other things to look into is the f/r switch, the throttle under the floor and not as likely the controller. More common is a wire problem somewhere or your solenoid

I am not thinking that I am leaning toward the controler but I will jump it but I do have battery power on both sides of the solenoid
