The pedal micro switch is either broken and stuck closed, or someone has bypassed it causing the solenoid to click with the key. That shouldn't cause the no go. If you've have checked all the above, look in the stickies and follow the controller diagnostic procedures which will test the throttle and controller. Also make sure you check the cables all the way to the motor.

I did all that I ordered a controller and the cost was not as bad as I thaught $ 320.00 canadian

Change the microswith its under the matfloor.
Remove the matfloor.
Youll see a box remove that to
And there is the micro swith.
Every time you select forward or reverse it has to cut the power on the solenoid.
